I'm not sure that I understand. If it's just your website where you're banned, then you can simply log into your cPanel and redo everything.
If it's your hosting account you lost control of, you can log into your account panel https://x10hosting.com/control/login.php with your forum username and password, and then change your password there to regain control your hosting account.
