Hey Hey,
New here, need a little help if anyone is willing. so X10 is my host and I got a domain name, but I'm confused as to how the actual making of the website gets done. I have Dreamweaver which I'm fairly good at and already have my own layout in mind. Where do I enter all my html stuff? a specific program?

Also, although x10 has given me the domain name I requested and confirmed it in my email, if I look up my site, it still says "cannot find server".

A little help please...: (

Welcome to x10 ke32989! Dreamweaver should have a spot where if you tell it to make a new HTML page/website, it'll give you two windows or so that one you enter in the HTML into, and another which gives you a real-time view of your work. As for your domain, if you registered today, it may take some time for the DNS to update, or your server may just be down for some work. And for your purchased domain, don't forget to add ns1.x10hosting.com and ns2.x10hosting.com to your registar and park the domain to your site if you can get into cPanel.

Thanks so much Smith6612! The dreamweaver thing I get. I already have everything scripted out and saved, I'm just having trouble actually getting it up on the internet. I registered about 5 days ago, so Im assuming it should work by now, yet when I click my domain name, it sends me to "Domain available!" on x10hosting.com, as though I was a new user wanting to make that my own...which is should already be...

If your domain keeps coming up with the available message even now when your account should have been created some time ago, a Staff member is going to need to fix that, as there was probably an error of some sort. Post for some help in the Free Hosting forum if an admin doesn't see this within a day, and they'll be happy to help you. Once you are able to get into FTP/cPanel, just upload your site to the public_html folder in your web directory. Once the files are there, it'll be online.
