Hi I'm new to this site, make me feel welcome :D

I've also got a question.
The 10gb data transfer limit, is it easy/hard to exceed it?
Could you please give examples of sites when you answer the question. Eg. Google probably doesn't need high data transfer per view but some flash-using gaming site might.
How many views per month does this limit cover? (in average)

Welcome to x10hosting.

It depends on site contents. Generally speaking it is more than enough for a normal site.

You will have a hard time reaching the imposed bandwidth limit if you follow our Terms of Service. If your site grows to that volume of transfer it will be time for you to upgrade away from free hosting. :p

Well, say one of your page is 120KB in total with images and everything. 10GB would be enough for:

10 gigabytes = 10 485 760 kilobytes.

10 485 760 / 120 = 87 381.3333 pageviews. Keep in mind that is only true if no one has caching enabled (which most people do).

Anyway, as for June 1, all free hosting accounts are upgraded to unlimited space and bandwidth

Nice, haven't seen that posted anywhere yet. Thanks for telling me.
I'm also wondering why my post count is still at "0", seems odd.

Posts in introductions section don't count toward post count. Think the same thing applies to games.
