When I try to login in CPanel I get a message saying "Hey User 241c6ec3! That's what we currently know you as - weird, huh?".

Also, at least one of my pages is showing an error 403 if invoked with no parameters or with certain parameters: http://www.nightearth.com/showitem.php - but the script works fine with some other parameters, such as http://www.nightearth.com/showitem.php?item=night_map_earth

The "hey user" thing is normal. As for the 403's, don't know what's up with that.

Not really normal. I am not a new user; I have been using x10hosting for a while, but now I can't log in in my Cpanel (which if unsolved will cause my account to be deactivated after 1 month without logging in).

you need to 'set' a name - that you like - to get passed that

Ah ok, I had never seen that message before, so I thought it meant my account was misconfigured or something like that. Thanks for your message.

Ok, one issue gone, now let's see if the 403s have a solution...

X10Hosting recently had a login system update, and that thing was part of it. Hopefully, that cleared that up.

The 403 issue is still present. Apparently it is being fixed for other users, so I hope it get fixed for my site as well.

As I already wrote in the common thread, this issue is affecting only some of the pages in my site, and only with certain parameters:

• http://www.nightearth.com/showitem.php?item=lightning_in_night_time_india works
• http://www.nightearth.com/showitem.php?item=solar_eclipse_from_dublin__ireland doesn't work
• http://www.nightearth.com/showitem.php doesn't work

So far Google has found some other URLs to generate the same 403 error:

Should be fixed now, we ended up disabling the offending mod_security rule entirely due to the large number of false positives it was causing.
