I don't think anyone will have the time to take you through a complete website, I would recommend getting some good books on the platform you want to build the website, and If you are facing any particular problem then I am sure anyone will be willing to help you....

Notepad++ works well if you understand how to create websites via code.

well i would like to say welcome lol

im not great at making a wesite myself (http://r3veng3.pcriot.com/ you'll see what i mean) but i leaned most of my stuff by looking about, have a look at tutorials, samples, etc. they really do help. ill help as much as possible if you need any, and if i can help lol
