Hi all and question re accessing cPanel

noob here to practive some PHP. I have a question. When I try to login to cPanel using the link provided in the account set up email, I get the old "cannot find server- page cannot be displayed" message. How do people normally access cPanel or how do people normally upload content

You can login to cpanel at {yourdomain}:2082 and use your user name and password you used to setup the account.

You can use ftp to publish pages to your site you can do this by using an ftp client e.g filezilla. Use your domain , user name and password to access.

I have tried on mulitple days to login to cpanel at {mydomain}:2082 , but I can never get the page to load. Is there another way in? is there a way to resolve the page not loading?

Well, first of all, welcome to x10 - you are going to love it here! Secondly, for your cPanel problem...did you check to see if cPanel is down on your server? I would suggest posting in the support forums.
