We're aware of this and looking into it.

One of the problems with troubleshooting is that it does not throw an error for everyone that tries to view the sites.

This means the problem most likely is somewhere in the load balancing setup, just got to figure out where, and specifically which one of the web servers.

There's no need to submit a support request though, as it is not likely to be something in your account causing it, especially if you haven't done any changes to your site recently.

We'll post back once we know more, or have it sorted.

That error has been fixed for some time, which you'dve known if you read the full news announcement, including the reply made on 2-16-11 at 7:08pm CST. The error displayed on your site right now is because your php code is invalid.
