Hey people!

My name is Martin. I have some php apps that I have to test/showcase and I have chosen this server to do it.

I,m not sure if its the right section to ask this but how can I import large mysql database to the 10X server (I've tried the forum search function), when I use the phpMyAdmin I get the error that script has timed out. I have mysqldump as well as phpmyadmin dump of the database. Can anyone point me to right direction?

I think there is a file size limit to how big of a database phpMyAdmin will take. Try compressing it as a .gz file then upload it if you haven't done so, as GZ will pretty much cut the file size in half. Otherwise, welcome to x10Hosting lachu!

Hi and welcome.

There must be some file size limit on database files. As suggested earlier, try compressing them or upload in parts.

Enjoy your stay.
