Problem with your .htaccess file.

I tried to access it by using the following url

The place where you enter login id and password are coming cleanly.
Were you getting a problem when you entered the credentials?

File or directory permissions are set too high: Files should be 0644, directories 0755.

This means that you have to do as it said..Files should be 0644, directories 0755
YOu can use filezilla to do the repetetive task.
Once you access the public_html with filezilla you can edit .htaccess file as well
