Not at all trying to be rude here, but you really need to read a hosts ToS before signing up. You would have saved the admins time here (since yes, it does take up their time to have to go through and look for sites that abuse the ToS and then suspend the account) but also, you would have saved your own time. Now you've put all of this time into getting your site the way you want it and unfortunately it will probably be suspended.
