Getting started? Basically the way to keep your account alive is to simply log into these forums once every two weeks at a max. For uploading, you can use cPanel OR FTP, your choice. All files are uploaded to the public_html folder, which cPanel's file manager defaults to. If you have any problems with PHP, it might be because you are on Basic PHP and can simply request an upgrade to Intermediate PHP.
