Do not reopen or re-file this ticket. I'll cover the basics:
1) your account access is permanently revoked
2) your files cannot be retrieved
3) your account will automatically be purged from the system, but we won't expedite it.
Should you choose to reopen or refile this ticket you'll be granted a forced vacation. We don't tolerate illegal software, and never have, so what makes you think you'll be granted an exception when we're suspending 25 accounts a day, over 100+ a week, and they don't get second chances.
