In my cpanel, when I see the html code of the index.html I find "Thank you for choosing x10Hosting! Your account is now ..." so normally when I go to http://www.evoluclicker.co.cc/ I should see something like this http://www.jrolson.x10hosting.com/ no ?
Or have I to register ti http://co.cc ??
Thanks :happysad:

Yes, you must register the change at both sides. co.cc has to know that when someone types in http://www.evoluclicker.co.cc/ that x10 has the files with the page and x10 needs to know that you want the files sent to people when they type in the url. So, sign up at co.cc and register your domain. Then when it asks for the nameservers, give it ns1.x10hosting.com and ns2.x10hosting.com You will then have to go to http://x10hosting.com/panel.php and click the "modify your account" button, then type in your domain.

This change can take up to 48 hours to show up, but most likely around 1 or 2.

Thank you bro,
The problem is that I've registred the evoluclicker.co.cc in co.cc and after that removed it :( and now when I try to re-register it, it say that it is not available!!! Have I to wait?

I don't know how long you have to wait. You may have to contact co.cc support.
