Hi my name is Lukasz, and I would like to know how much space do you offer on free account, do you support php,mysql,phpmyadmin and cpanel for free. I would also know if you allow UnrealIrcd server I love setting up stuff. On the Unreal Ircd server I would follow rules, I would disable sending files, it would be just for chat, I love Irc

short answer is - no

it requires at least SSH access - and one or more background process - and a open port
which you do not have with a x10hosting's free-hosting account

Can you help me out, is there a way to get access and I can't pay, I don't have a dedicated computer and cannot be 24 online.

Unfortunately the only service we have that would have worked is a VPS, but IRC services are in the Terms of Service as not allowed. There's also no "free" option for VPS's, which puts us in a sticking point. You may be able to acquire a free VPS service from another provider, but we wouldn't be able to do so from ours.
