hello... im new to hosting... i joined a while back i just didnt use it before :O
so, i decided to give this another try and when i tried to go to my cpanel it gives me this:
In order to use the Ad-Enhanced hosting account management panel, you must have your forum account linked to your hosting account.
Please enter your cPanel username below, you will receive an E-mail with further instructions. Be sure to have the same E-mail address registered with your cPanel account that your forum account has!

so i enter my username... but it says that the hosting account name doesnt exist...
whats goin on?

We're currently having a few issues here at x10 Hosting, as we're in the middle of launching the new site.
