Hi! please help me on my filezilla

hello to all! can anyone help me on my file zilla client, i cant access my account in ftp.. it always said 42150 members are logged in and i cant log in.. i also thinking if my host , user password are correct, where can i check if its correct

host : ftp.markinddesign.x10.bz
user : markinddesign
password : (Same password to log in here)

please help me i really nee to upload my files for my employer references, please please please

i logged in on my cpanel correctly and downloaded the ftp file and sftp file and import it on file zilla,, still i cant log in...

please help!! huhuhuhuh
