Hi there right I know what website I want to do but I do not know how to really write

Hi there I know what website I want to do but I don't really know how to write the code for it.

The features I want is a Home page,profiles,chatroom,FAQ's page,Forums,Links page (but I can do this to get my website linked to other websites and them linked to my website as well) and a contact us page as well.

I would know how to do a home page,links page and a contact us page but I am not really sure on how would I write code for a profiles page,chatroom and a forum.

Any sugestions and tips would be brilliant thanks.

Try installing and configuring a full-blown CMS such as Joomla or Drupal, or employ a freelancer!

BTW, this is probably not the best category to post your thread.
