Hi wordpress /wp-admin/installl.php issue

hi,i want to install a wordpress blog,
if i want to set it up on /wp-admin/installl.php there is only a blank page,
several people told me that you would know the answer

I get Not found error message.Make sure all the files are there in the directory.i mean install.php

oh,sorry i changed the name for testing,now everything should be alright,but the screen is still white
