Right now that domain shows as being "available".
OP, either you did not sign up with CO.CC for that domain, or you took too long to set up the account and they recycled it.

Please go to http://co.cc and register http://biatu.co.cc, making sure to set the nameservers to ns1.x10hosting.com and ns2.x10hosting.com. Once you do that, your website should be working in under 48 hours.

You can change your main domain in your Account Panel (x10hosting.com/panel.php)

Also if you want ad your own domain, you can add it to addon/parked domains in your cpanel.
