High CPU and memory usage - suspension

Greetings,

I recently create a new free account, unfortunately it was blocked and the suspension reasion states taht i been using a lot of server resources. I just have a php chat installed that I use between 8am and 1pm and thats it... and i have no idea why im being suspended.

Chat is not supposed to be on the servers, because it takes a lot of MySQL queries to run properly, hence, the reason why you are getting suspended.
