High Resource Usage based suspension

So i got suspended for the third time just this month for the same reason. I don't know where all of this is coming from because I haven't really made big changes in my site. So I just want to know if I'm really breaking the resource usage limits or is this some new bug that got out?

It appears you were an excessive amount of CPU/processes, has your sites traffic increased lately?

Well according to my site statistics from my tk forwarders the traffic is pretty much the same from previous months. No change worth mentioning.

From my Cpanel I'm not getting much info on that(No access to resource related tools). Even the bandwith under logs isn't returning anything. It just says "0% used" on bandwith transfers.(I'm guessing bandwith transfers use some degree of resources...)
