High resource usage - last 24 hours

My resource usage was okay before 24 ours. But it seems very high from last 24 hours.
I have these plugins installed:

are these okay? I have 600-800 page views per day.
Can you please help me to find out the reason behind high resource usage?
I dont want to get suspended because of this

It could be Jetpack because it has a lot of little Addons and has is preforming stats can cause a lot of resource usage and with a free host may cause trouble I recommend using p3 plugin profiler to see what the plugin using the most resources

Resource usages were actually back to normal 6-8 hours ago... before that, it was eating up 100%...
I want to take precautions for future... I've disabled many unnecessary jetpack sub addons...
Now I have just these jetpack sub addons activated:
related posts, publicize, notifications, custom css, carousel, contact form, enhanced distribution, subscriptions, sharing, wp.me shortlinks
Should I disable jetpack completely and install individual plugins for individual features?

Maybe you should use another plugin for your stats like google analytics, i had Jetpack and get rid of it because was slowing my site and all those features are provided by another plugins and are lighter than jetpack
