High resource usage Suspensions

I am using only wordpress for my site and only activated 8-10 plugins.
Though I am constantly facing H.R.U only by posting into site or Moving posts into trash, activating cache plugin (W3 Total Cache) etc.
Beside of this I am also facing slow page loads.
Why?? Please help me out.
I have used wordpress.com and other hosts, but in that case 20-25 plugins not make any error or suspesions or Slow Page loads.

I am Using following plugins at this moment.

1. WP Socializer
2. Buddypress
3. BP Disable Activation
4. BuddyPress Profile Privacy
5. Configure SMTP
6. oEmbed for BuddyPress
7. Tweetstream
8. WordSocial
9. WPeMatico

I am Using a Premium buddypress theme BuddyPress Social.

Please Help me.

Hi,
Buddypress uses lots of Server resources.
Try deactivating all buddypress related plugins and check again.

But I have started a website for community and I have active members, how can I close this site in the middle?
