high resource usage

my acc was suspended on high resource usage reason
what is the minimal delay for cron job, which makes a lot of net requests?

Hello,

For crons: run one cron every 5 mins like max. (This point is in the TOS)
When you be suspended by high resource usage is because some of your scripts consumes a lot of resources from the server (like memmory, cup usage, etc), ussually this suspension is because some of your plugins/mods (of forums, blogs, etc) are too heavy and consumes a lot of resources

if it is started maneally, there is no suspension
