High resource usage

My account has been suspended again (for the second time tonight).

I found this message on my account management panel:

Your hosting account was suspended because:
High server resource usage detected.
Automatic Unsuspension Set? No
To have your account unsuspended, create a thread on the forums.

I don't mind posting on the forums to have my account unsuspended, but I don't think I have been excessively using server resources.

The thing is that on both occasions I was in the file manger of my cPanel and clicked on the upload button. The first time I didn't hink much of it but now it would appear as though a definite pattern is emerging. And a problem too - I cannot upload files via cPanel.

Unsuspended.
Your account is not suspended instantly when you post a thread. We need to manually unsuspend it.

cPanel does not affect the high resource usage. Are you using any php scripts?

Ok, thanks. Sorry, I didn't know it wasn't automatic.

As far as I know I'm only using one php mail() script. It shouldn't affect high resource usage should it?

If it's sending out a lot of mail it's possible.

Also the maintenance we've been doing could be causing some issues, if you keep having problems with it post back and we can look into it further.
