high resource usage

My account was suspended for high server resource usage, I'm just wondering how I can make sure this doesn't happen again.


I'm actually not even sure when I did this time, I wasn't even on at the time.

Something on your site was using too much of the server's CPU and/or memory.

We can't tell what causes the suspension at this time.
