Hello,

Please upgrade my account to a fully functional free-hosting account. I have a website hosted on the accont for more then 7 days now. It's a guild site for World of Warcraft mmorpg.

Domain: skun.x10.mx
Accessable also through: v-regiment.pl

Best wishes

The site is in Polish with no available translation to English, Spanish, or French however, which is required by the TOS. As such, the account doesn't currently follow the TOS, which prevents the limits from being lifted.

You're more than welcome to fix the translation problem and re-request the limits be lifted at that time.

It's still showing the page at http://skun.x10.mx/v-regiment.pl/ in polish. The content can be available in polish, but there has to be an english/spanish/french version for the content as well, and I don't see an option to change it to english on that page.

The default language for the service is now set to English and this shouls be enough to comply. The news content on the frontpage is taken from a certain forum thread, which can be any. I can remove it, so there is no polish content on the portal page, but that's a bit strange... What if the site had only a phpBB forum, with no portal page?.. Are you saying that I would have to force each of my users to post in english in the forum?? This sounds a bit ridiculous.

I missed the reply on this one, my bad.

The majority of the content itself would normally need to be in english; that said as long as the PRIMARY content is, it should still be okay. You'll still want to make sure your users -are- staying within the TOS otherwise though; if they post warez, you get held responsible.
