High server resource usage detected.

Hi,
I accidently tripped the server's high server usage suspention 2 times after I was trying to debug why it did it the first time.
But, as they say 3rd time is the charm and as I realized the problem I got suspended again =P. This time without a set unsuspend time.

Please tell me know when I'm gettng unsuspended.
