My account was just suspended for the reason mentioned in the title.

I am just curious as to how much usage is 'High'?

This suspension occured while I was in an AJAX chatroom with 3 users. There was an average level of talking going on. With a few pauses every couple seconds or so.

Now, I'm sure anyone who responds to this will simply say something along the lines of my script is using up too many resources on the server and maybe get technical with that.

Still, only here on x10's server has something like this happened.

I'm also curious as to how much usage the server is designed to take then? Other than the DNS server being down a lot(apparently all the time now...), the ApacheHTTP goes down a couple times a day, and even with just one user loading a purely HTML page(5 or so Kb), everything seems to load slowly(on a 7Mbit connection).

My whole point here is I do not understand how such usage could be so 'high' as to suspend my account. Even when you set aside the fact that 3 users were using a 'chatroom'. If you analyze everything, the way it works and all, this would not be much different than 3 users browsing a site simultaniously... What checks for such things and what are the 'limits' then?

[EDIT]
Is this stuff needed(probably)

1. There is no set amount of resources that is considered "High," it just depends on the amount of resources that everyone else is using from the server at that point in time and if you're using over x amount, then you'll get suspended, and it wasn't necessarily your Chat script. So there's really no way of checking what was causing the high resources. But maybe you have some crons running often or something like that.

2. DNS is not down, we've simply removed DNS from all free servers, and now all DNS records are hosted on Ciroc (the x10 sites server).

3. Even though you think you weren't using that many resources - you have to realize that there are about 5000 other people on the server you're hosted on and when there are that many people, the resources get spread pretty thin either way you look at it.

4. You've already been unsuspended because when you were suspended, it stated that there was an automatic unsuspension in 15 minutes. If it says this when you get suspended, please DO NOT post a thread unless you have waited at least 30 minutes after the time it was supposed to unsuspend.
