High server resource usage

I got this message "Reason: High server resource usage detected. Account will automatically be unsuspended in 15 minutes.", and I was just wondering what is high server resource considered?

Excess use of scripts, uploads, or anything else that consumes alot of cpu usage.

I was hoping for numbers more than just what it is.

There is no way to determine the numbers. The script automatically suspends your account, if your server usage goes above the limit. If your account keeps getting suspended, try disabling any mods or scripts that you have running.
