High System Resource Usage Suspension?

I have been constantly getting suspensions due to High System Resource Usage. I cannot figure out why this is happening, as I do not have too many plugins.

Post the activated plugin list, So we can give advice which one may be culprit.

Try disabling them all and re-enabling them one by one, until you find your bad plugin(s).
