high system resource usage

my account has been suspended for high system resource usage. what needs to be done do i need to delete files? or is it images and can i do this on my cpanel

Login to Account Panel http://x10hosting.com/control and then check whether you can unsuspend yourself.This applies only for 1 & 2nd suspension. If you cannot post back here.I will Escalate it to Staff.
Check your Error Log to Find out whats causing the problem and delete it form your Cpanel after unsuspending
