High System Resource Usage

Hey. My website was suspended, but i was able to get it unsuspended. i was becuase of high system resources. but i dont understand how, when all it is is a wordpress blog....what can i do to lower the resource usage??

One of the most common causes of high resource usage with WordPress is Plugins. First thing to do is take a look at any plugins you are running.
