High system resource usage

My account got suspended for using to many resources. I loaded Magento shopping cart and am working with one record in the database. Is there an issue with Magento consuming resources, issue with the install of Magento or an issue with my technique of using?

I have unsuspended your account, if it happens again we will have to look into what addons you may have if any that are causing the high usage.
