High System Resource Usage?

Hey x10, my site was suspended (now unsuspended) for high system resource use. I don't understand why, my site is pretty basic, the only thing I can think of that would cause this is a MyBB forum I have hosted, but even then it's nothing fancy.

This usually occurs either through the use of CPU/memory heavy plugins or during an automatic update of the site. If you have a lot of plugins installed try turning off a few that aren't essential.
