Your site is in breach of x10's ToS because it is a warez site, & your account will almost certainly get deleted.

What makes you think you can get away with that? Have you not read the ToS when you signed up? If x10 continued to host sites such as yours, it would be faced with expensive legal action by the copyright holders.

Result : x10 would have to close down & we would all lose our websites here.
