Able to review 100+ accounts per week

For all our custom systems we will obviously help you get used to them, but like I said in my original post you must have technical knowledge in general and be able to learn things quick.

Our custom panels and such are very easy to use and we would expect any staff member to be able to learn how to use them fairly quickly.

Another question... sorry about the interrogatory... jajaja

What is exactly the job of the AM apart from revising accounts check if they respect the TOS...

Primarily:
  • Check at least 100 accounts per week to make sure they are following the TOS (especially ads)... Also make sure people have their accounts linked.
  • Help people in the support forums (includes managing suspensions)
  • Helping people make modifications to their hosting accounts sometimes if the panel is down.
  • Some mild forum moderation (mostly moving topics around and making sure hot threads stay under control, etc.)
Plus other stuff that escapes me right now. Sometimes you need to relay certain topics over to the administrators if necessary... stuff like that.

And like Corey said, the software we use to manage the accounts is very easy to use. Most people can figure it out on their own after they are aware of what they are supposed to do. Plus, any other staff member would be glad to help you out.

Does popular scripts mean things such as PHP, HTML etc?? Also, do we require foreign language skills, such as French or Spanish??

Popular scripts like Wordpress, Drupal, stuff like that.

Foreign language skills are not required. Being able to identify what language someone is speaking helps though.

Well it has beena long time since I spoke french, and even then I wasnt very good at it. I just thought it might be a good idea to ask, for those who are applying.
