home directory does not exist!

Hi,

I'm Godwin, and I created a free hosting account on your server with the username godwin. When I open the File Manager from the cpanel, I am unable to create any files or folders - I get the message:
ERROR: Could not create file "testfile" in /home/godwin: Directory /home/godwin does not exist.

Kindly resolve this asap, since without this, I cannot host even a simple index page, not to mention a drupal site that I want to build.
