hi,
I have created a new account and none of the directories mentioned in the 'Getting started' section exists.
I tried creating a file and received error message that '/home/...' does not exists.
Also i'm unable to create any ftp accounts and if I try to connect via FTP through my credentials, there also receive the same error that home directory does not exists.
Is there any guide, that can help me in fixing this or someone from admin team that can help me out.
