Home page not loading on my website correctly.

If I go to my website like this: http://www.scraftmc.x10.mx
It doesn't load the home page. (index.html)

It only works as: http://www.scraftmc.x10.mx/index.html

I added a web.config file to make index.html a home page, and it's not working. Can you fix this? Thanks - Kyle
