Horde Error

This is the error im getting. I know its the /horde/index.php is missing but I dont know how to fix this. This has happened since they have supposedly finished the server restructure...Anyone have any ideas?

Also on round cubemail I get this error.

DATABASE ERROR: CONNECTION FAILED!

Unable to connect to the database!
Please contact your server-administrator.

On SquirrelMail everything seems to be ok but ya never know any more.

it wasnt the site, the site was fine. i couldnt get in to the mail but it seems to be fixed now though
