Host 'absolut.x10hosting.com' - many connection errors

Hi,

I'm getting the following error from free website and cPanel:

Warning: mysql_connect() [function.mysql-connect]: Host 'absolut.x10hosting.com' is blocked because of many connection errors; unblock with 'mysqladmin flush-hosts'

What is the issue? Is this something I can resolve myself?

Seems like x10 is facing new 10 problems while they're trying to slove a one. Absolute is also slow today.

MYSQL server is down at the moment.Admins are aware about that
This is a temporary issue & will be resolved soon.
