According to your forum account information, it seems like you already have a hosting account. Try logging in again with the cPanel username torpeteo

cPanel (stoli.x10hosting.com:2082) display that error? or your Account Panel (x10hosting.com/panel.php) display it?
If was your Account Panel try to login again, it should be fixed now because you have an actived hosting account now.
