I am changing hosts to a paid. I changed the DNS already, and now I can not get into cPanel for backup download so I can upload to new server.

The domain was crashgames.biz.

Did you have your domain changed from the domain.x10hosting.com to crashgames.biz?

well you go to the domain that you were using with x10 and go into cPanel (yourname.x10hosting.com:2082) and then there is a link that says backups on it

If he had his domain upgraded from subdomain.x10hosting.com to crashgames.biz then there is no way for him to access his cPanel. Seeing as there is no .x10hosting domain and the DNS doesn't point to x10hosting's servers anymore. That's why I asked the above question.

Wait for the DNS to update and you can access your account through that.
