host is not loading

when i go to my domain - jacefc.elementfx.com nothing loads. i have uploaded three files to test it, such as /last.png but nothing ever loads. what is the problem?

Your website is timing out, but yet I show the server is online and quite responsive. I'm going to refer this issue to a staff member for further troubleshooting.
