Host 'lotus.x10hosting.com' is blocked because of many connection errors

Hey there, today when I tried to access my MyBB forum I got this error:

MyBB has experienced an internal SQL error and cannot continue.

SQL Error:1129 - Host 'lotus.x10hosting.com' is blocked because of many connection errors; unblock with 'mysqladmin flush-hosts'

Query:[READ] Unable to connect to MySQL server

Does anyone know how to fix this?

I'm having the same issue when logging into phpmyadmin

I actually have the same problem, our mySQL databases are also gone.. i pray temporarily, they must be having problems with their servers right now.. or doing some kind of upgrades

My MySQL database is still there, although I can't access my forum or phpMyAdmin.

Essentially I believe we're just in the waiting process now. I'm sure the administrators know about it and are working to solve the problem, since we're all having problems with our mySQL databases.
