I am facing the same problem and also the above thread reaches no where.

There is no solution except to wait since this is a server issue, only an administrator can fix it.
Updates to the issue will be posted in that thread, so keep an eye on it.

Your error mentions mysql which involves the same problem everyone else is happening. Check up on that service alert for any updates.
