As per x10Hosting's Country Restrictions Policy, as you appear to be a resident of Pakistan, you are not eligible for a free hosting account due to the disproportionate ratio of service abusers to legitimate customers.

There is no way around this restriction.

Premium services such as x10Premium and x10VPS are not presently affected by this policy.
