Host not responding on HTTP and FTP

Hello,

my web host http://crisp.x10hosting.com fails to respond to requests. Both HTTP and FTP requests time out, and the hostname still resolves to 74.63.233.3

How can I a regain access to my host?

It seems to be your forum account is not associated with hosting account, Can you provide us the cpanel username to check?

Your primary domain the-ignorance.co.cc going to SMF 2.0 forum and it seems to be working fine, If you have any other site which is not responding then can you provide us the url of site.

By the way create your own support thread. Don't post in others thread.

My cpanel account is/was "rebelmar".

As a whole, this is strange. On the account mgmt. page I am told "Woah! It appears that you do not have hosting under your client account." One week ago, I definitely had a working hosting account (see previous support ticket at http://x10hosting.com/forums/free-hosting/117289-host-not-responding-http-ftp.html), and I don't think I have violated the TOS or given any other reason for an account termination - at least there hadn't been any notifications.

If you want the support for other hosting account then post with the forum account associated with that.

By the way the other account doesn't seems to be associated with the hosting account you given here. Check whether a hosting account associated with it in your account panel.

Blame whatever is going on, my hosting account has disappeared as if it never existed!
It says I might not have made one, might have it terminated and stuff like that.
