hosting a domain u got

hi, newbie question.

i setup my website here before i bought a domain. now i bought a .com domain and i want to host the website directly from there using my x10 hosting

i changed the nametags on the domain setting to x10's ones, and then in the x10 cpanel I created a subdomain, but basically in the end all i could figure out how to do was get my domain forward to myacct.x10hosting.com/mydomain.com

any way to use x10 hosting and just have the site hosted at mydomain.com, so it doesnt redirect anywhere?

change your primary domain from your x10hosting account panel (not the cpanel)
uncheck the use subdmain checkbox, and then put in your domain name in the appropriate textfield

by the way...you've posted in the wrong section...

it's not a sub domain it is a full domain

Goto cpanel>>Domains>>Parked Domains
